Custom Pressure Forming Services

Pressure FormingGolden Plastics Corp.'s custom pressure forming services offer thermoformed products with sharp molded-in features, tight corner radii, undercuts, and texturing. Our pressure forming molding process applies up to 100 psi to thermoplastic sheets such as ABS, Acrylic/PVC and Polycarbonate. Using automated and CNC-controlled equipment enables us to fabricate parts measuring 6' long by 4' wide with base material up to thickness of .5". Temperature-controlled machined aluminum and cast aluminum molds are used to produce pressure formed parts. After molding, part trimming is accomplished using 3- and 5-axis CNC routing equipment. We offer many secondary services including fabrication, part assembly, gluing, bonding and decorating. Additionally we can also help with part and mold design.

Our custom pressure forming services for heavy gauge cut sheet thermoforming allows you to choose from a wide range of materials from economical utility sheet to engineered alloys that are capable of meeting specifications such as ASTM, Mil-Spec, and Docket 90 standards. We work across a broad range of industries such as transportation, electronics, automotive, and defense. For more information on our thermoforming services, please see the table below or contact us directly.
