Custom Twin Sheet Thermoforming Services At Golden Plastics Corp., we produce custom formed parts that range from simple to complex and with single or multiple part assemblies. Our twin sheet thermoforming services can create hollow parts to meet customer requirements. We offer a choice of plastic sheet materials and work with each customer to determine the right material for the job. Employing automated and CNC controlled equipment, we can produce parts measuring 6' long by 4' wide and can accommodate base material with a thickness of .125" per sheet. Components are trimmed with 3- or 5-axis CNC routers and we offer secondary services that include assembly, ultrasonic spot welding, bonding, decorating, and barcoding.
